Yes, I'm afraid they are my favorite footwear. Paradoxically, they are the perfect footwear for days when you are going to be under a downpour. Yes, they and your socks get soaked, but that would by the case with any shoes. But they dry immediately, and their open-air design allows the socks to dry by lunchtime -- far quicker than with anything else besides nothing at all. However, I do have to add as a warning -- only relatively new pairs should be worn if walking on any wet surface. When the underside wears down, on wet surfaces they imitate ice on ice.
